<p>PURPOSE:To supply given parts onto an assembly line without defective parts and any delay by a method in which parts sent orderly are stocked under a condition that they are stacked up in a multi-stage in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A front floor loader Z1 is provided with a pair of fixed frames 11 attached with good-supporting hooks 13... for supporting goods under a condition that front floors B are stacked up in a multi-stage and a movable frame 10 attached with feeding hooks 13... for raising goods supported orderly one step by one step by good-supporting hooks 13. In case where defective parts appear in the arrangement of goods B... inside the loader Z1, the feeding hook device on each stage on the stage above the defective part is put into unmovable state, and only the one-pitch feeding action by feeding hooks Y1, Y2... of each stage positioned on the lower stage side than the defective parts is considered effective and supplemental operation for the defective parts is made.</p> |
