PURPOSE:To improve appearance without the intrusion of water, and to avoid the contacts of metals by partially prolonging the side edge of the filler lid opened and closed on the injection of fuel up to its back, inserting a cylindrical bumper rubber outer-circumferential groove into a notched circle section set up to prolonged piece and supporting the bumper rubber. CONSTITUTION:The base section 37 of the bumper rubber 33 is positioned on the back 9a side of the lid 9, and a fitting shaft section 35 is made correspond to the induction hole 43 of the prolonged pieces 29, 31 and pushed forcedly toward the mounting hole 41 side, thus inserting the fitting shaft section into a mounting hole 41. In this case, the base section 37 of the bumper rubber 33 is supported to the back 9a of the lid 9, and the prolonged pieces 29, 31 are not bent by the base section 37, and are not slipped off from the mounting hole 41 and are mounted. Accordingly, a bumping section 39 on the free end side works to a fender 1 and the contacts of metals are removed when the lid 9 is closed totally, and a bumping section 39 on the base end side works to a hinge 11 and the contacts of metals are removed when the lid is opened totally. |
