Apparatus for breeding aquatic beings in an aquatic medium, comprising a frame (1) on a base plate (2) and drawers (10) mounted in the frame, characterized in that the various constituent elements are provided with wide openings and with protection means and to restrict the water flows. Method using such apparatus and consisting essentially in providing sand and/or gravel beds and culture layers in the drawers and adjusting the water flow and the food quantity by using the protection means. |
