<p>PURPOSE:To automatically carry out tube material to be supplied to an automatic tube TIG welding apparatus and to reduce the labor by carrying out the tube material corresponding to a welder joint number with a carry-out bucket according to strage information of a central control unit. CONSTITUTION:A flopping disc 17 of a central control unit 16 is adapted to store the joint number, material, tube diameter and tube thickness on each welders 15A-15N and the material, tube diameter and tube thickness of long materials 3A-3N in storage shelves 2A-2N corresponding to each welder 15A-15N. An operation command for carry-out conveyers 4bA-4bN and a selection command for the storage shelves 2A-2N are supplied from the central control unit 16, so that needed long materials 3A-3N are transferred to carry- out buckets 7b1, 7b2 to be carried out to the welders 15A-15N through carry- out rollers 11A-11N. In this arrangement, man power is eliminated so as to reduce the labor.</p> |
