PURPOSE:To obtain effective manufacturing of various products in an apparatus for assembling a liquid-in-bush with liquid enclosed therein by providing a plurality of caulking devices rotatable in a liquid tank for continuous manufacturing and lifting the caulking device above the liquid surface. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 9 has at the center thereof a through hole 12, to which a cylinder 13 is attached in a liquid-tight manner, and a cylindrical rotating member 14 is supported within the cylinder 13, having a central shaft 19 inserted therethrough, extending outwardly from both ends thereof. An outer cylinder 26 is firmly secured at one end thereof to the shaft, and support plates 27 having cross projections are attached to the outer cylinder 26, and caulking devices 24 are mounted to the projections of the support plates 27. A hydraulic cylinder 20 is fixedly suspended from the base plate 9 below the central shaft 19. This enables the caulking devices 24 to be lifted above the surface of liquid 25 stored in a liquid tank 11. The above construction permits bushes to be automatically and continuously manufactured and the operation of exchanging caulking devices 24 to be easily and rapidly executed with no necessity of ejecting liquid from the liquid tank. |
