PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable for automobile parts, etc., having improved moldability and rubber elasticity, obtained by crosslinking latex of ethylene alpha-olefin copolymer rubber to give a crosslinked latex composition and blending the composition with a specific amount of crystalline polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. ethylene alpha-olefin copolymer rubber which has 50-87mol% ethylene content, 0.5-3dl/g intrinsic viscosity and 30-95wt% hot toluene insoluble content and 2-50pts.wt. low-molecular-weight alpha-olefin copolymer and/or modified low-molecular-weight alpha-olefin copolymer are homogeneously dispersed in an aqueous medium in the presence of a surface active agent to form copolymer rubber latex, which is crosslinked in a latex state and dried to give finely divided ethylene alpha-olefin copolymer rubber having 1-10mum average particle diameter and <=20mum maximum particle diameter. The rubber is blended with a crystalline polyolefin resin in a weight ratio of 90:10-50:50 in a molten state. |
