In a control circuit for supplying the stator winding strands (W1 to W4) of a DC motor without a commutator, a BCD logic chip (IC1) is provided according to the invention for determining the drive times for the stator winding strands, in order to reduce the circuit cost (circuit complexity) while maintaining simple adaptability to different winding strand numbers, which BCD logic chip (IC1) is connected on the input side to rotation position detectors (H1, H2) for detecting the rotor position, and is connected on the output side via transistors (T1 to T4, T6 to T9) to the stator winding strands.
