The add-on unit which is preferably mounted on a fork stacker serves for lifting and tipping a discharge system container (6) such as a large refuse container according to DIN 30700. The load-receiving device (1) is equipped with two approximately horizontal brackets (3) which are, in a clamp-like manner, pivotable or movable towards one another and adjustable together in their vertical position. A pivoting arrangement for tipping the discharge system container (6) consists of tipping arms (4) which are articulated pivotably on the brackets (3). To limit the movement of the cover (7) during tipping, the cover bolt (13) bears against a stop surface (17) of a stop arm (16) which is rigidly connected to the bracket (3). For receiving the discharge system container, the brackets (3) are equipped with coupling parts (5) for engaging the support bolts (11) of the discharge system container (6). <IMAGE>
