The invention relates to an exterior plaster facade having heat-insulating/cold-insulating panels on which, with the inclusion of a mesh-type fabric, a plastering mortar layer is applied, individual projecting spacer elements, distributed on the outer surfaces of the heat-insulating/cold-insulating panels, being integrally formed thereon, and the fabric, bearing on the said spacer elements, being embedded into the plastering mortar layer. In order to improve the heat-insulating factor and the breathability of an exterior plaster facade of this type, the invention provides that the plastering mortar layer is designed as an insulating plaster having embedded insulating-material particles consisting of plastic foam particles and/or perlite, the particles of the insulating material being smaller than 3 mm and the proportion by volume being greater than 50%.
