<p>The heating apparatus consists of a heating boiler and of a heat pump which is arranged on the exhaust gas side of the heating boiler. The heating boiler (1) is provided with an air/flue gas heat exchanger (2) on the extraction side. The heat exchanger (2) has a hot air outlet (3) for at least part of the hot air flow, which hot air outlet (3) has an air guidance element (6) which is attached to the induction opening (4) of the heat pump (5) on the inlet side. <IMAGE></p>
