In order to reduce break-ins in the commercial and private sector, said roller-blind fixing device with double fixing-securing means is particularly suitable. It is simple to handle, this being carried out using only a slight amount of pressure and turning to a small extent. It can be fitted in all commercially available doors and window frames. Owing to the threaded sleeve, which can be screwed in, the securing means has good anchorage and the advanced locking bolt is secured twice in the fastening device, firstly in the threaded sleeve and secondly in the fixing grip. As a result, an effective, mechanical method of preventing roller blinds from being pushed up is obtained.
