PURPOSE:To form an n-phase clock pulse without generating a disturbing signal, by applying a sawtooth wave voltage to n-set of voltage comparison circuits having a different reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:A phase synchronizing signal and a crystal oscillating circuit 32 are synchronized by using a phase comparison circuit 33, and an oscillated pulse of the oscillating circuit is applied to a sawtooth wave generating circuit 34. A reference voltage of voltage comparison circuits 36A-36G is formed by diodes 43A-43H of a reference voltage forming circuit 42 and a difference reference voltage is applied to each comparison circuit. The sawtooth voltage is applied to the comparison circuits via an emitter follower transmistor 35 and compared with the reference voltages. Since the reference voltages are different with each other, an octal phase sampling clock pulse different from the phase is obtained. |
