Device intended to protect an electronic component and/or circuit, integrated to the support of the latter, against perturbations (voltages) generated by an outer electromagnetic field. It essentially comprises electric connection means (frame) of which the connectivity increases considerably under the effect of the outer field, between each of the output connections (11-14) of the device to be protected (C), those electric connection means being comprised of a varistancy (V) and an electrode (E) connected to the mass (13) of the device. Application particularly for the protection of casings of electronic components, cards and connectors of cards, against the effects of the EMP wave. |
