<p>A flash (10) lamp in which a flash tube (12), transformer (14), capacitor (16) and base (18) are coupled together to form a unitary integral lamp. A portion of the flash tube (12) the transformer (14) and capacitor (16) may be encapsulated by a potting compound. An electrical circuit consisting of a flash lamp and a conventional incandescent light is also provided for operation in parallel from a remotely located power supply.</p> |
