PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reception in the order of data arrival without specifying a transmission source, to avoid waste of CPU resources at such a time and to avoid dependency on the order of monitoring in a system where plural communication paths usable at the same time for inter-process communication exist. SOLUTION: In the system having plural communication paths usable at the same time for inter-process communication, this system is provided with a communication task 23 for monitoring any one of these plural communication paths usable at the same time, interpreting a communication protocol and exchanging it with the other communication protocol, arrival data queuing mechanism 22 for processing arriving data in the order of arrival, and user task 21 capable of interpreting only one communication protocol for executing a user application.
