PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade which is used for an image forming device speed of a high process speed, has excellent cleanability and hardly generates noise. SOLUTION: The elastomer obtd. by curing a poly(ethylene-butyrene adipate) based polyol or the prepolymer obtd. by reacting the poly (ethylene-butyrene adipate) based polyol and a poly(butyrene adapted) based polyol and diisocyanate by a trimethylol propane or a mixture composed of the trimethylol propane and the polyol is used. The trimethylol propane branching concn. of the elastomer is controlled to >=0.151 millimol/g, the urethane bonding group concn. thereof to <=2.20 millimol/g and the tanδpeak value of the viscoelasticity thereof to <=1.08.
