The invention relates to an arrangement for receiving data of electrical switching devices (2) by means of connecting lines, associated with the switching devices, and a central signal processor (9). The individual connecting lines are combined to form an aggregate bus line (4, 5, 17) common to all switch devices (2), and the switching devices addressed via coding setters (20) can be cyclically interrogated for the timing state via a comparison circuit via address lines (5). The states can be stored in a central memory (7). The central memory (7) is effectively connected to a signal processor (9).
