PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal vibration of a bearing and provide a rotary anode for an X-ray tube with a long rotary life span by supplying a slide section generated by the pre-pressurizing mechanism of the bearing, among a shaft, the bearing, and a pre-pressurizing collar with a lubricant always while the anode is being rotated. CONSTITUTION:A groove 11 is formed in the part of a support shaft 6 that corresponds to a bearing 5 and a pre-pressurizing collar 9 by the etching method and is press-coated with molybdenum disulfide 12. Since the surface of the groove 11 becomes uneven by etching, molybdenum disulfide 12 is prevented from easily falling and generates a small amount of fall by rotary vibration. Since the sliding of the support shaft 6, bearing 5, and pre-pressurizing collar 9 is smoothed by this fallen molybdenum disulfide 12, uniform pre-pressure is always obtained in the bearing 5, and smooth rotation is obtained without generating any abnormal vibration in the rotation of the bearing 5 and the like, a rotation life span can be extended. |
