PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selection considering the importance of respective three- dimensional(3D) models by providing an interface capable of setting the detailed degree of the entire model and the detailed degree to each model. SOLUTION: The VRML or the like received by using TV radio waves is received by a broadcasting receiver 10 and inputted to a SCSI 30 for broadcasting receiver. At a DVD or CD reproducing device 11, it is inputted to a SCSI 31 for reproducing device. The data outputted from a WWW server 12 and a 3D graphics developing environment 13 are inputted through an internet line 22 to a 10 BaseT 32 and a modem controller 33. At user interface equipment 4, the information from a keyboard 14 or a mouse 15 is inputted to a serial I/O 34 and interruption is generated to a CPU 50. By inputting data through these interfaces with the outside, the CPU 50 can select the model of the detailed degree while considering a display enabled rate or the importance degree of each model determined from the ability of a system as well.
