Electromagnetic relay and a method for its production

On one side of a housing wall (4), an electromagnetic relay has a contact arrangement (6) with a leaf spring (8) which extends parallel thereto, and on the other side it has a magnet system (15) which is mounted on the housing (1) and has an armature (34) in the form of an angle. A slide (41) couples one limb (40) of the armature (34) to the leaf spring (8). It passes through a hole (5) in the centre of the housing wall (4), and a considerable portion of its cross-section covers the leaf spring (8). That slide part (43) which is located on the side of the contact arrangement (6) is located inside the hole projection. If the housing wall (4) is directed upwards during assembly, the slide (41) can be inserted into the hole (5) from above, at which point the magnet system (15) is fitted from above. <IMAGE>
