<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit scale. SOLUTION: Only a pattern detection circuit 12 with a small circuit scale is operated usually, a pattern is detected and then the processing of the entire circuit is started. Thus, the power consumption is reduced and since the pattern detection circuit 12 has only to detect a short pattern, the scale is reduced.</p> |
