The invention relates to a holder for endotracheal tubes in which the endotracheal tube to be fastened on a patient can be fixed to a movable fastening web (3) by means of adhesive tape. The fastening web is connected via an elastic bracket (4) to laterally projecting fastening wings (1, 2). For nasal intubation, the fastening web (3) can be bent downwards at an acute angle, so that the tube led out of the nose comes to rest against the upper side (8) of the fastening web (3).
