PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a low-priced liquefied gas cylinder capable of stably supplying gas over a long period of time by providing a fixing device for locking a gas injection valve to its open position and a control lever for performing said fixing and its release. CONSTITUTION:In an illustrated state, the saw-toothed part on the lower end surface of a slider 12 forming a fixing device is engaged with the saw-toothed part 116 on the end part of a rotor 11, by a spring 10 to close a gas nozzle 2. When a control lever 13 is turned, a plate spring 14 advances a ratchet wheel 11a by one pitch, the saw-toothed part of the slider 12 runs onto the upper end surface of a saw-toothed part 11b against the spring 10 to permit the gas nozzle 2 to be pulled up together with the slider 12, and a gas introduction hole on the lower end part of a valve box 6 is released, allowing the gas to flow from the nozzle 2 to the outside. Although this situation is kept even if the control lever 13 is released and returned to the original position, the valve is closed when said lever is turned to advance the ratchet wheel 11a by one pitch. |
