PURPOSE:To prevent the heating chamber from abnormal temperature rising by a method wherein an auxiliary heater is provided near by a temperature sensor and said auxiliary heater is energized at the starting of the heater cooking, in an electronic range provided with electric heater. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 16 is turned ON at the starting of a electric heater cooking, contacts 20a, 22a are closed, a lower and a upper heaters 5, 6 and an auxiliary heater 11 are energized, then the cooking is started. When a sensor 10 detects the temperature inside of a heating chamber, the starting delay of the detecting temperature for the starting of temperature inside of a heating chamber is compensated because of said sensor 10 is affected by the excessive heat of said auxiliary heater 11. When the temperature is raised up to the heater OFF point, the operation of said heaters 5, 6 and said auxiliary heater 11 is stopped. When the temperature inside of said heating chamber descends, said heaters 5, 6 are reenergized, but said auxiliary heater 11 is not energized by the self-retaining release of a relay 22. Therefore, said sensor 10 operats only at the starting during the lower temperature than the heating chamber temperature, accordingly, the abnormal temperature rising can be prevented. |
