PURPOSE:To eliminate a tip from thinning and to improve the transfer characteristic, by arranging a pattern of a straight section so that the projection of the tip of the pattern toward the transfer direction is a prescribed relation to the minimum interval between the patterns. CONSTITUTION:The projected part l at the tip toward the pattern transfer direction is formed with the condition of 0<l<=0.5g, where g is the minimum interval between the patterns. Thus, the tip in the transfer direction is avoided from becoming short in this way. Then, the transfer margin of the straight section of the transfer circuit is increased. The magnetic bubble transfer circuit with excellent transfer characteristics is attained in this way. |
