PURPOSE:To reduce the change in temperature inside of a heating chamber and prevent the finishing of food from irregularity by a method wherein a heater is composed to be cut off at the set heating chamber temperature lower than the predetermined temperature immediately after the electric heater is energized, in an electronic range with an electric heater. CONSTITUTION:In an oven cooking, the temperature inside of a heating chamber 3 rises, the resistance value of a negative characteristic thermistor 11 reduces. When a main control circuit 23 detects that the resistance value of said thermistor 11 becomes the resistance value Y-alpha correspond to the temperature about 2 deg.C lower than set temperature Y, contacts 23b, 23c are cut off and heaters 6, 7 are stopped. Thereby, the temperature inside of said heating chamber 3 gradually drops after rising nearly up to the designated temperature. At the drop of said chamber temperature, when the resistance value of said thermistor 11 becomes the designated function value Y-alpha, said heaters 6, 7 are reenergized. Therefore, said heaters 6, 7 are controlled within the range of function value Y-alpha, Y+alpha, accordingly, the change in temperature inside of said heating chamber can be reduced. |
