PURPOSE:To contrive the simplifying of structure, the facilitating of assembly and improve the reliability of the titled device by a method wherein a pipe is penetrated and suspended through the side wall of a cooking chamber, a heating element is inserted into said pipe and a lead wire covered with insulating material is welded to said heating element. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 17 is penetrated and suspended through a side wall 16 of a box type cooking chamber, a heating element 18 is inserted into a pipe 17. The center part of a resilient lead wire 19 is covered with cylindrical insulating material 21, said lead wire 19 is held on a side wall 16 by a fixture 22, one end of said lead wire 19 is welded to said heating element 18 by bending without touching to the edge surface of said pipe 17. The same structure is provided on the opposite side wall, not shown in the figure. In such a constitution, the number of parts is decreased, the structure is simplified, the danger of electric shock can be avoided even when said edge surface of said pipe is damaged, accordingly, the reliability of the device can be improved. |
