<p>PURPOSE:To realize the free position adjustment of a guide block and to regulate it securely, by carrying out the position adjustment by using a guiding long hole for adjusting a regulation fitting, and a taper nut which is set on a chassis and can perform vertical motion. CONSTITUTION:A regulating surface 10b and fitting surface 10a are formed on a regulation fitting 10 to regulate a guide block 3 which fixes and supports an inclined post 1 and a guide roller 2. A guiding long hole 12 is provided to the surface 10a. A taper nut 83 is screwed to a screw 84 which is studed to a chassis 7. When adjusting the position of the guide block 3, the nut 83 is moved vertically while reproducing a tape under loading completion state. At the same time, a screw 19 is loosened to adjust the regulation fitting 10 in order to eliminate the torsion of the tape and to regulate the block 3 to remove a play. Thereafter, the screw 19 is tightened. As the result, the guide block 3 is securely regulated.</p> |
