摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of boiling point designation and contrive the prevention of scorching of the food to be cooked by a method wherein the heating quantity is controlled by detecting the bending point on the temperature rising slant curve, also the heating is stopped when the set temperature exceeds the bending point temperature, in a cooking utensil such as a small kitchen range. CONSTITUTION:The bottom surface temperature of a pot 4 is detected by a sensor 6, said temperature is inputted to a temperature control unit 8. Said input temperature signal is detected its inclination by a temperature rising slant curve detecting unit 9, and calculated its bending point by a bending point detecting unit 10. The result of said detection is inputted to a heat quantity control unit 11, the heat quantity is adjusted by the controlling of a proportional control valve 2. At the same time, the temperature at said bending point is inputted to a scorching detecting unit 12 as the set temperature. Thereby, a calculating unit 13 determines the heating stopping temperature by adding the certain temperature to said designated temperature, then said heating stopping temperature is inputted to a decision unit 14. Said decision unit 14 closes said proportional control valve 2 via a heating stopping unit 15 and said heat quantity control unit 11, when the temperature signal of temperature detecting unit 7 exceeds the heating stopping temperature.
