PURPOSE:To allow the captioned valve to bear a high pressure fluid operation and to raise the checking effect of the valve by checking any flow in two steps comprising at least two contacts while coupling an umbrella-shaped valve made of flexible material and capable of being completely sealed with a rigid check valve arranged downstream from said valve. CONSTITUTION:A rigid material check valve 3 is provided inside a valve chamber 14, and an umbrella-shaped valve 4 made of a flexible material for checking a counterflow is arranged upstream from the valve. An outlet 21 alternately produces negative and positive pressure following the intake and discharge of a pump. When a high pressure is applied to the inside of the valve chamber 14, it is received by the check valve 3, and by the valve 4 if there is any counterflow leakage from the valve 3. The valve 4, being soft and flexible, bears fluid pressure while supported by parts 5 located behind, and seals any fluid leaking from the valve 3. And, the back of the valve 4 is supported at its umbrella- shaped peripheral part by the back pressure of a fluid checked by the valve 4 owing to the engagement and contact between the parts 5 and the bottom of a valve hole 12. |
