PURPOSE:To establish secure synchronization, by setting transmission speed by receiving a syncrhonization pattern code, and simultaneously by constituting to transmit a confirmation signal for confirming the establishment of synchronization to a transmission side. CONSTITUTION:A synchronization pattern transferred from transmission side is supplied to a start polarity detecting part 1. The detecting part 1 outputs a counting instruction signal to a counter 2 and a start detection finishing signal to an AND gate 9. According to the instruction signal, the counter 2 decides the pulse width of start polarity period. The content of the counter 2 is set to a register 3. The content of the register 3 is supplied to a transmission speed detecting part 4, and a transmission speed designation signal is generated. The designation signal is supplied to a division processing part 5 to generate a transmission-reception clock pulse signal. A transmitter-receiver 6 of a start-stop synchronous method performs the serial-parallel conversion of the synchronization pattern code according to the signal and supplies it to a controlling part 7. The controlling part 7, if confirms synchronization, stops a synchronization unestablishment indication signal and maintains the establishment of synchronization. |
