PURPOSE:To attain the transfer-in and out operation of bubbles with a simple drive circuit, by providing a depth of cut for one edge of a strip conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:A depth of cut 24 is formed in the same period as that of a pattern 2 at an edge 26 of the pattern 2 side of the strip conductor pattern 17 covering a part of a minor transfer pattern 2 along a major transfer pattern 1. In impressing a required current pulse to the conductor 17 in the direction of arrow 18 with a planor rotating magnetic field at a prescribed phase, a driving force toward the arrow 27 is impressed to a magnetic bubble 9 during transfer on the pattern 1, the bubble 9 is transferred in the pattern 2. On the other hand, in impressing the other required current pulse toward the arrow 18 with the planor rotating magnetic field at other phase, a disturbance of the current distribution takes place near the depth of cut 24, the magnetic distribution where the position 21 is a bottom of the magnetostatic potential is induced, and after the magnetic bubble is caught at the position 21, it is transferred to the pattern 1 and transferred out. Thus, the transfer-in and out operation is done with a simple drive circuit without inverting control of the planor magnetic field. |
