PURPOSE:To prolong a service life of an amplifier, by providing a vibratile net filter in a branch pipe installed at the main pipe in which oil water flows and providing an optical fiber having cut surfaces opposite to each other at a fixed interval at the vicinity of the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:The branch pipe 2 is provided upward from the horizontal main pipe 1 flowing the oil water whose oil concn. is to be measured. A stainless metal net filter 3 of 1-5mu held by a bellows 4 is inserted into the middle thereof, and a magnetic material 5 and an annular coil 6 are provided in opposition to each other. By supplying AC current of about 10-20kHz to the coil 6, the magnetic material, consequently; the filter 3 is vibrated to emulsify the oil constituent. One pair of the optical fibers 8 having cut surfaces opposite to each other at an interval 7 are arranged near the downstream side of the filter 3, and the oil concn. is measured exactly from the damping amount of laser light transmitting through the oil water. |
