PURPOSE:To improve the assembling efficiency, by loading plural video heads to a rotary disk, attaching the disk to the cylinder main body, then measuring the loading positions of the video heads while the disk is turned in the rated speed. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 10 are loaded with plural video heads F1-F4 and throughwith its assembly. Such cylinder 10 is turned with rating. Then flash generators 31a and 31b illuminate the curcumference surface of the cylinder 10 synchronously with the revolving cycle of the cylinder 10. Then the head loaded parts are picked up through drop injecting illumination type microscopes 30a and 30b and then displayed on a monitor screen 52. The angle rate is calculated for each of heads F1-F4 to finish the measurement. In such a way, the cylinder 10 is turned in a rated speed after the assembly is over with the cylinder 10 to perform the measurement. Thus the angle rate of the video head can be measured in a state equal to an actual using state. This virtually eliminates the reinspection, etc. and therefore improves the working efficiency. |
