PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to increase the mechanical strength by providing a recessed part capable of containing end parts of a thin film thermister tip and terminals of connection lead wire at the terminal parts of the lead wires confronting each other and whose middle part is fixed with ceramic insulator. CONSTITUTION:The middle part of a pair of lead wires 7a, 7b confronting each other is fixed with the ceramic insulator 1, and the recessed parts 8a, 8b are provided at the terminal parts confronting each other of the wires 7a, 7b. It is constituted so that the end parts of the thin film thermister tip 3 and connection lead wires 4a, 4b at the terminal parts of the lead wires can be stored in the parts 8a, 8b. Protruded parts 9a, 9b are furthermore provided at the places dented by 1m/m from the end surface of the parts 8a, 8b of the terminal parts of the wires 7a, 7b to determine the positions of the end parts of the tip 3. Thereby, the influence to the tip 3 and the wires 4a, 4b during the mounting operation to an apparatus such as oven can be removed. |
