PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy of formation, to easily execute an assembling work, and to realize the adaptation to dry type wire drawing, by making a pair of die receivers for holding a bearing which supports rotatably a pair of roll dies slidable on a guide bar by an adjusting bolt. CONSTITUTION:This wire drawing device which places a wire rod between a pair of roll dies 10a, 10b, and draws the wire rod in the shape of die grooves 12a, 12b pierced in the outside circumference of the dies 10a, 10b is constituted as mentioned below. That is to say, an outside ring 16 of a bearing 17 for supporting rotatably shafts 14a, 14b of the dies 10a, 10b is held by a pair of die receivers 20a, 20b. Also, two parallel guide holes 25 are pierced in the die receives 20a, 20b, respectively, and both ends of two guide bars 26X, 26Y passing through the hole 25 are fixed to a square-shaped block frame 19. Also, the die receivers 20a, 20b are constituted slidably along the bars 26X, 26Y by adjusting bolts 31, 32 which are spirally attached to the frame 19. |
