PURPOSE:To enable to execute the pitch control of blades of a wind turbine in a satisfactory manner, by reducing the frictional force applied to the shafts of turbine blades by interposing a thrust ball bearing between a bearing means and a transmission gear connected to the shaft of the turbine blade. CONSTITUTION:According to the present invention, arrangement is such that the force acted perpendicularly to the shaft 7 of a turbine blade is received by a radial ball bearing 26 while the force acted in the axial direction of the shaft of the turbine blade is received by a thrust ball bearing 32. Therefore, the shaft 7 of the turbine blade can be turned smoothly. Further, since the force acted to a transmission gear 8 is moderated by the thrust ball bearing 32, it is enabled to execute excellent pitch control of the turbine blades under any circumstances. |
