PURPOSE:To diagnose and deal with trouble such as an instantaneous break of the power source of a mechanism part immediately by providing a means of sending a recovery signal to a main control part when the power sources of an input/output device and the mechanism part recover from a power failure. CONSTITUTION:A main control part 2 is powered on by a main control part power source 20 and the mechanism part 3 is powered on by a mechanism part power source 30 individually. Even if an instantaneous break of the power supply occurs to the main control part 2, there is no problem because the system operates normally, but if the mechanism part 3 enters a power supply break state and then recovers automatically, control circuits 211-214 of respective I/O devices are reset, i.e. initialized. This initializing signal or an initializing signal from a control/operation part is sent to the main control part 2. When detecting the initializing signal from the mechanism part 3, the control circuit 14 of the main control part 2 decides that the power source 30 of the mechanism part 3 is faulty, and restarts the main control part 2 to perform synchronization or recovers the power source from the abnormality individually. |
