PURPOSE:The titled inexpensive and readily handleable composition, consisting of sucrose ester of a fatty acid and triglyceride and having improved defoaming effect and quality. CONSTITUTION:Sucrose ester of a 12-22C fatty acid having >=3 average substitution degree is blended with a triglyceride, e.g. beef tallow or soybean oil, having >=50 solid fat index at 40 deg.C temperature and the resultant blend is melted while heating, cooled, solidified and powdered. |
