PURPOSE:To grasp the diffusion of gas in a space speedily and accurately based on the degree of discoloration, by arranging thin thread shaped members having water absorbing property at the downstream side of a model to be tested in perpendicular to a flow, and soaking a discoloring reagent in said thin thread shaped members. CONSTITUTION:Thin thread shaped members 5 having water absorbing property are arranged at the downstream side of a model to be tested 4 in perpendicular to a flow. A discoloring reagent, which is reacted with gas discharged from the model to be tested 4 and discolored, is soaked in the thin thread shape members 5. Based on the degree of discoloration of said thin thread shaped members 5, the diffusion of the gas in the space is obtained. In this method, the diffusion of the gas in the space can be grasped speedily and accurately. |
