PURPOSE:To make it possible to print two sets of printing papers simultaneously, by a small inexpensive apparatus having simple constitution wherein an endless belt shaped type carrier and two sets of hammer means can be selectively driven by a clutch means. CONSTITUTION:A D.C. motor 4 is rotated to transmit the driving force of the motor 4 to a main gear 8 through idle gears 6, 7 while the rotary force from the main gear 8 is transmitted to a drive pulley 1 through a spring clutch and an endless type belt 3 is rotated to carry out type selecting operation. In addition, the rotary force of the type belt 3 is changed over to a printing.figure take-up gear 9 from a drive side pulley 1 by a selecting lever 7 to be transmitted to hammer holders 11, 11' through a printing.figure take-up shaft 10 and printing. figure take-up operation, hammer holder return operation and paper feed operation are carried out while printing is carried out with respect to two sets of papers 16, 16' by two sets of hammers 66, 66'. |
