HEAT-INSULATING DEVICE FOR CARGO TANK

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of temperature difference at the cargo stored in a tank by forcedly circulating the gas contained between the tank and heat insulation while heating the gas. CONSTITUTION:A space A is formed between a tank 2 and heat insulation 3 to house the gas. This gas in space A is forcedly circulated in the direction of arrow 6 by a rotating fan 5 and heated during the cirulation by pipe 4 for circulation of a thermal medium to attain a certain specific temperature. Thus heat transmission can be made to the cargo in the tank 2 evenly and the cargo is heated uniformly.
