PURPOSE:To generate no transfer failure nor separation failure, by providing a heater in a roll contacting with the face of the opposite side of the toner image transfer face of a transfer sheet, in a pair of resist rolls. CONSTITUTION:A titled copying machine is provided with a pair of resist rolls 5, 6, a resist guide plate 8, a transfer charger 9, and a separation charger 10, and a ceramic heater 13 of a self-control type is provided in the roll 5 contacting with the face of the opposite side of the toner image transfer face of transfer paper, in said pair of resist rolls 5, 6. As for this heater 13, its initial resistance is low, therefore, when voltage is impressed, a current flows greatly, by which it is heated, and as temperature of the heater 13 rises, the internal resistance increases, following which a current decreases, and the heater is self-controlled. |
