PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-to-mount carrying car having low center of gravity and low height, by providing an arm rollable up and down through a link mechanism at the rear of a lift frame for mounting a pallet while providing a wheel for supporting the load at the free end of said arm. CONSTITUTION:When mounting a pallet 20 containing a load 21, the hydraulic cylinder 11 is first extended then an arm 9 pivoted at the upper end of a support 8 extending to the rear of the main frame 4 is rotated upward to open the rear opening of a truck 2. Under this state, the truck 2 is supported by a wheel 12. Then the truck 2 is backed to the position where the pallet 20 and the opening of the frame 4 face each other, and a lift frame 5 having L-shaped cross-section is inserted to both ends 20a of the pallet 20. Thefeafter the arm 9 is rotated downward through the hydraulic cylinder 11 to ground the load supporting wheel 7 and after floating the wheel 12 above the ground to lift the lift frame 5 by means of a hydraulic cylinder 6 thus to start transportation. |
