PURPOSE:To decrease the height of a ship, by horizontally housing an automobile loading deck. CONSTITUTION:Supports 10, whose bottoms 11 are secured on the side of a ship, are provided. One side of each stand 20 is coupled to the free end 12 of the support 10 so that the stand can be turned horizontally. A caster member 23 is provided on another side of each stand 20. An automobile loading deck 30 is laid on the supports 10. The deck 30 can be placed in the hold of the ship only by horizontally turning the stands 20. Since the height difference between the decks is smaller than in a conventional case, the stability of the ship is greatly enhanced. |
