PURPOSE:To eliminate the complexity of the program of a processor and to prevent deterioration in processing capability, by allowing a main-station switchboard controller and a communication controller to have the same hardware and software interface in viewing from the processor. CONSTITUTION:The processor 1 sends orders to a switchboard 5a or remote switchboard 5b to the main-station switchboard controller 3 or remote switchboard controller 8 through a control bus 2. When the switchboard 5a is controlled, the main-station switchboard controller 3 controls the switchboard 5a through a switchboard control bus 4a. When the remote switchboard 5b is controlled, the communication controller 6 sends orders to the remote switchboard controller 8 of a remote station through a data link 7 by following a transmission procedure such as HDLC (high-level data link transmission control procedure). When the remote switchboard controller 8 once receives an order, controls the remote switchboard 5b through the switchboard control bus 4b in the same way with the switchboard 5a. |
