PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a storage cell by allotting two Josephson switching parts provided to a superconductive closed loop to a left and a right branch circuit respectively, providing one switching part with a control line for controlling a transition current, and making both branch circuit different in inductance. CONSTITUTION:In the superconductive closed loop 12 including the Josephson switching parts 13 and 14 having a switching function, one switching part 13 is allotted to the left branch circuit 12L and the other part 14 is allotted to the right branch circuit 12R; and they are connected to circuit current lines 11 and 16 respectively. The control line 15 controls the transition current by induction- coupling with the Josephson element 13. The inductance 17 of the branch circuit 12L is made asymmetry with the inductance of the branch circuit 12R by being reduced as much as possible. Thus, a driving current unipolar, an operation margin is large, and only two lines are necessary at a minimum. |
