PURPOSE:To ease and lighten assembling work by positioning a hollow and round tyre in a recessed part of the outer periphery of a synthetic resinous rim and fixing an annular rib of the tyre, through filling form, in a deeper annular groove formed in the recessed part so as to unite the two in one body. CONSTITUTION:Configuration of a tyre 1 is such that a tread part 3 is formed on the grounding side outer peripheral face of a hollow and round tyre main body 2 made of elastic body such as rubber and the like, and an annular rib 5 with bead wires 4, 4 buried in its both side end parts is formed on the inner peripheral face, further short fiber 6 is buried in the tyre main body 2 and the annular rib 5. On the other hand, a rim 9 formed through integrating an arm part 7 and a boss part 8 from synthetic resin is made by providing a bead wire supporting member 13 with many blocks 12 juxtaposed close to both ends of the annular groove 10 at the bottom of the recessed outer peripheral face of the rim 9. Then, the tyre 1 and the rim 9 are assembled through burying the annular rib 5, in a condition that its bead wires 4 are supported on the supporting member 13, into the annular groove 10 so as to fill it up. |
