PURPOSE:To prevent secular change, by providing an inorganic material film which prevents water from penetrating a light absorbing layer. CONSTITUTION:The light absorbing layer 2 and a heat shielding layer 6 are formed on a substrate 1. Preventive layers 7 and 7' made of inorganic material films are formed on the heat shielding layer 6 and under the substrate 1 respectively. The preventive layers 7 and 7' uses silicon oxide, silicon dioxide, magnesium fluoride, aluminum oxide, etc. A film having 500-5,000Angstrom thick is sufficient. |
