PURPOSE: An electronic trade method is provided to allow both sellers and buyers to interactively propose product prices such that the buyers can obtain the price decis ion right by negotiations. CONSTITUTION: In the electronic trade method allowing buyers to decide product prices, a web server gives a certification key to the buyer who registered as a member. The members(10) access the web server(30), find products or services that he want to buy on a web page classified according to sellers(50), and send an order to the web server(30). Responsively, the web server(30) transfers an e-mail message listed the buyers' proposal prices to the seller. The sellers(10) decide whether they accept the proposal prices or not. If the proposal prices are accepted by the sellers consideration or according to a predetermined price limit, the seller(50) verifies the member's certification keys and transfers verifications message to the sellers(50). Consequently, the sellers(50) received the verification message formally order the products on the web server and pay the product prices and then the web server(30) have the seller(50) to deliver the products to the buyers(10).
